Bowen struggled to find his social, professional, and spiritual footing in university. He sought the help of friends, who were typically busy with their own problems, and family, who didn’t understand his life context. Eventually, after taking a year off from university, Bowen found a community of counselors, and things changed. These were folks who could understand where he came from, and were trained in techniques to help him work through limiting thoughts and emotions, and find peace and perspective. After graduating, Bowen met Chetan. As it turned out, Chetan had been doing similar work ever since he could remember. Together, they made it their mission to make counseling accessible to millions, and millions more.

We are united by a deep appreciation for the human experience and the power of counseling from our personal experiences. We hope you will join us to bring mental wellness support to all.
