In today's fast-paced, technology-driven world, I invite my clients to pause and embrace solutions that foster sustainable mental health and wellness. I utilize a goal-oriented approach, where I focus on processing individuals' concerns and teaching skills so they can heal.

I specialize in empowering individuals struggling to navigate life transitions, career development, substance use, eating disorders, body image, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, social media, and relationship concerns. I utilize an integrative approach that combines Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, and DBT. I also enjoy incorporating animal therapy, fitness, traveling, and the outdoors to inspire individuals.

Depending on the identified goals, sessions can take place at my office in Boston's Financial District, in the community, or virtually. I offer sessions in the format that best suits you: regular sessions, 90-minute intensives, and customized packages.
