Brittany graduated from Depaul University in Chicago. She went on to Barry University in Miami, Florida to earn a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Mental Health Counseling as well as Marriage and Family Therapy.

In addition, Brittany studied at the Adlerian Training Institute in London, England specializing in “Effective Interventions with Children, Adolescents & Families,” additionally she has completed Charlie Verge’s intensive Couple Therapy Program, and mediation training through Mediation Works Incorporated.

In counseling, Brittany maintains a client-centered, solution-focused and strength-based perspective with her clients. Placing large focus on self-care, balance and mindfulness.

Brittany appreciates the importance of just “being” with clients wherever they are in their journey. She feels honored and excited to witness clients’ self-discovery of their own “inner-expert” through the therapeutic process.

A transplant from the Midwest, Brittany loves exploring New England, biking, running, yoga, and nature. She enjoys self-care and spiritual growth. Brittany has also been Featured on the NECN Morning Show.
