Therapy is about different things for different people. I work with individuals and families to discover what their goals for therapy are and how we can best reach them together. Sometimes therapy can be about building hope, or exploring a new path in life or one's career, learning more about one's relationships, learning how to worry less. Other times, therapy can be about expressing feelings related to a past trauma, grieving the loss of a loved one or a relationship, or resolving family tension. I have experience in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and issues related to life transitions.
I treat children, adolescents, and adults. I welcome individuals from different cultures and work with all genders, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. I also offer learning style evaluations. Please contact me through Sophia to learn more about these services.
