I am a licensed clinical psychologist located in the Financial District and enjoy working with clients (18+) around navigating life transitions, which can be both unsettling and exciting. From career satisfaction to health concerns to relationships, I collaborate with clients around ways to resolve issues related to transitions with more confidence and ease. I have extensive experience and interest in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.

Clients have reflected that my therapeutic style incorporates warmth, humor, and compassion. Some of the interventions my clients report as most helpful include cognitive behavioral and strengths based approaches, in addition to mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer a specialized career counseling program, Core Themes, for college graduates launching their careers to mid-career professionals in transition, utilizing a methodology that distinguishes Core Themes from traditional career counseling approaches.

I welcome you to schedule a complimentary phone consult to discuss how we might work together, at which time we also can review practical information concerning fees/insurance and any other questions you may have.
