We'll select the three most compatible therapists for you, and send you their profiles. You choose who to move forward with - if you like them all, we're happy to help pick!

Step 3: Meet your therapist

We connect you with your therapist for a free consultation, so you can get a sense of their style and set up your first in-person appointment.

Step 4: Tell us how it's going

We'll follow up after your first appointment to see how it went, answer any questions, and ask for feedback. You're not in this alone.
