Conventional knowledge about what our relationships should be like can leave us feeling unprepared about how to navigate them. I help individuals, as well as couples, expand their options about how to respond to internal and external challenges. Some of our ways of relating leave us feeling replenished and sustained and, others, depleted. This includes our relationship to ourselves, families of origin, careers, our creative process, our past, etc.

My approach is to go beyond focusing on communication skills and coping strategies; I strive to understand the internal world of each person and the many factors driving their patterns of relating to self and others. I internalize your experience and collaborate with you to make sense of it together.

I completed post-graduate training at Harvard Medical School's behavioral health fellowship at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy. I am currently a candidate at BPSI. So that I can be most helpful, when reaching out, please indicate your availability and insurance type.
