By the initial look of things, you have it together. You have a job, a roof over your head, friends and family. However, deep down you wonder if there's something more rewarding waiting for you. You are seeking a life of purpose, passion and positive energy and it's been tough to find the answers to all the questions running through your mind. This has left you feeling stuck, anxious and sad. Sometimes you feel guilty and fearful around wanting more, which leads to over-analyzing situations. You are ready to face your limiting beliefs and begin living fully.
Imagine feeling realigned with your values, feeling more balanced in your mind, body and spirit, and taking actionable steps towards your dreams. Pretty great, huh? I love using expressive arts and mindfulness based work with my clients. This may include doing things together like mind mapping, visual art, writing/journaling, rewriting limiting beliefs and teaching you easy ways you can incorporate mindfulness, and maybe even meditation, in your daily life. These were all things that have helped me tremendously with my own depression and anxiety, which is why I am extremely passionate about using them in session.
I know quality therapy is an investment, so I try to make it easy on you. I offer online paperwork, night/weekend hours, and art supplies (optional) within session. I also offer homework that often includes a journaling prompt for those who are eager to keep working between sessions. Does this sound like a good fit for you? If so, please do not hesitate to reach out. Let’s talk about what would work best for you.
