Maggie has thirty-five years of clinical experience working with children, teens, young adults and parents of children of all ages. If you are coping with anxiety, depression, grief, parenting concerns or a life transition, her warm and practical approach can help.
Working closely with her clients to identify goals, she incorporates the use of newly gained insight with mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques. Maggie also can develop specifically tailored "homework" for her clients. She has found that an active engagement in the healing process between sessions can serves to deepen and integrate all that is learned in the office into your daily life.
