Whether you’re facing a problem in a relationship or a stressful situation at work, the feeling of having to face such adversity alone can be upsetting. Often we feel unprepared for situations that arise in our life, and disappointed that we aren’t sure how to navigate them on our own. This leads to questions of doubt — about ourselves, our abilities, and what comes next. The good news is that finding an expert to help you through these challenging times can not only improve your current situation, but can even help prevent difficulties in the future.

I like to work collaboratively, and particularly enjoy working with individuals to help them understand the factors contributing to their current difficulties. My clients have described me as warm and approachable, and I make it a priority to create an open environment for our work together. Trained in a variety of methods, I utilize an eclectic approach that draws on the most effective, evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, Mindfulness, and relational therapy techniques, but which is also tailored to fit your individual needs and goals.

I work at Azimuth, a practice that focuses on the unique challenges of those in high-pressure careers, including consulting, finance, technology, healthcare, law, and academia. We also work with the families and children of these individuals, who have their own struggles.
