Have you had anxiety, worry, or doubt? If you are like most people, you have at least experienced some amount of it in your lifetime. But what about when it become paralzying to the point that you can’t move forward in your career, relationship, business, or even just get throughout the day without being tormented by it. The problem with worry and anxiety is that people are not born with ready-made strategies for managing their anxiety. That’s where I can help.

I work with clients who experience anxiety-related problems of all types (trauma, OCD, phobia) using strategies that focus on changing beliefs and behaviors that make the anxiety stronger. The ability to change your thinking and beliefs is what creates long-lasting behavior change and success in all areas of life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in a structured and dynamic way that welcomes feedback depending on what you are looking for in treatment.

I have evening hours a few nights during the week, easily accessible to the T, and there are parking meters and garages near my office. I look forward to working with you.

Client testimonials
"I'm grateful for the time I spent in therapy with Dr. Glover. When we started working together, I was feeling stuck and unable to break out of a habit of thinking of every little mistake I made as a crisis. His use of mindfulness and CBT, along with his warm, calm demeanor, helped me break that habit. As a result, I have the tools to move confidently toward my goals."

"My son was suffering from anxiety attacks which first started causing significant stress in middle school. When we first met with Dr. Glover he developed a strong rapport with my son and taught my son practical skills to effectively respond to the anxiety attacks. These skills have allowed my son to feel secure in his ability to react in a positive manner."
