Hi, you're looking here because something is not going the way you want it to in your life. Maybe you're sad and lonely, or depressed about something in particular. Perhaps you are tired of feeling anxious all the time, or have panic attacks. Or maybe you just feel stuck and unhappy but you're not quite sure why. I am a clinical psychologist and for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping people with exactly those types of problems. I believe things can change and improve. As we work together, you should feel much better.

When people are feeling badly, they tend to be incredibly negative about themselves. At the same time, they often are not taking good care of themselves. Using cognitive and behavioral strategies, you will find new ways to cope and should feel stronger and happier with your life.

I firmly believe that people are resilient and with a little assistance can find within the strength they need to move forward and make changes for a more satisfying life. When you bravely face challenges, you will feel better. I absolutely love what I do, and look forward to being in touch.
