I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with six years of counseling experience. I offer general counseling for anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, difficulties focussing, communication, assertiveness, working through barriers and "stuck" places, life experiences, manifesting change, and actualization of your authentic self. I specialize in the Expressive Arts Therapies integrated with tools of mindfulness, yoga, buddhist philosophy, and meditation, and visual, play, and action interventions. I work with children, adolescents, college students, adults, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative: together we create a space of compassion for increasing self-awareness, strength, and the voice of your internal wisdom.

Sometimes finding the right words may be a barrier to healing, or connecting with our truths. The arts offer us opportunities to shift perspectives, increase insights, and build a new relationship with the challenges we face. Through creativity and alternate means of communication, we can embody, ground, and heal.

In my practice I approach clients from a humanist and holistic perspective, centering your voice and the intersectional realities that impact your relationship with the world around you. Whether you seek greater depth of self exploration or need support through a transition, I will help you find balance.
