I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in psychotherapy and neuropsychological evaluations. As a therapist, I strive to create an empathic therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to grow and explore themselves. I utilize an eclectic approach with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe that therapy is a fluid process and as such endeavor to meet my patients where they are emotionally on any given day. I am also interested in disentangling psychiatric and neurological symptoms in order to determine the best course of treatment for clients and their families.

In addition to therapy, I conduct neuropsychological assessments with individuals in late adolescence and in adults with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, traumatic brain injury, dementia, epilepsy, brain tumors, depression, anxiety, intellectual disabilities, and other psychiatric and neurologic conditions.

Dr. Francis works at Azimuth Psychological. Azimuth is a lifestyle-focused psychological services company specializing in helping clients with mood, transitions, relationships, and performance problems stemming from a broad range of psychological issues. Azimuth was founded on the idea that many real-world problems cannot be resolved through a single clinical approach. By employing only doctoral-level psychologists who are each trained in a variety of treatment modalities, Azimuth allows our clinicians to be as flexible and dynamic as our clients need them to be.
