Tracey Hurd

As a clinical psychologist, I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families around a wide range of issues including life transitions, anxiety, relationships, loss, depression, and grief. Throughout childhood and adulthood, we encounter challenges that are not easy to overcome. Conflicting feelings and behavioral patterns can often make us feel stuck and vulnerable. I help people get back on a path of growth and fulfillment using an approach that is relational, caring, and practical.

I understand that it can be difficult to need or seek help. I create warm, accepting, and collaborative relationships that anchor and support patients as they problem-solve, deepen their understanding of their own needs, set goals, and move towards the changes they want in their lives.

Two decades of experience in psychology has taught me to listen carefully and humbly to the unique needs of each person. I am flexible and responsive in my approach. Respect and a deep belief in the human capacity for change is foundational to my work with people of all ages.
